Discovery STEM Education has partnered with several Universities and STEM organization’s to form a UK-Robotics and Autonomous Systems Skills and Education strategic task group.
Our curriculum development team worked with Consequential Robotics and Sheffield University (Department of Computer Science) to develop a child friendly block/Python coding platform and curriculum for the MiRo companionship robot with funding from UKRI Innovate UK. We have trained school teachers from the UK, UAE, Mexico, Sweden, Pakistan and India to teach the MiRo robotics programme in primary, secondary and tertiary education. Read more here.
We provide weekly MiRo robotics classes and MiRo Holiday Programmes.
